Creepy Critters with Grandfather Mountain

Join GrandFather Mountain for Creepy Critters- a program that involves millipedes, earthworms, snakes, and spiders!

A representative from the Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation will have examples of snakes, bats, owls, spiders, insects and other creepy critters. Participants will look at the positive side of these animals and see that even though an animal may be perceived as creepy it is still important to an ecosystem.

Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation is a nonprofit organization established to preserve Grandfather Mountain, operate the park sustainably for the public, provide exceptional service, and inspire others to be good stewards of the Earth.

Free with admission.
