No need to worry about rain, clean your house, or dream up party games! The Children’s Playhouse provides the perfect setting for a birthday party to remember. Kids love exploring all the indoor-outdoor play areas while you can relax and enjoy the party. A staff member will be on hand to assist with set-up and clean-up.

How to Schedule Your Party

Online booking coming soon! Thank you for your patience as we upgrade to a new system for booking parties which will offer you the ability to check dates and book online. In the meantime, we are happy to help you schedule your party in person or over the phone. Please call 828-263-0011 to get started.

The Super Duper Party ($175 members/$200 nonmembers)

  • Day & Time Options: 5:30-7:30 on Fridays*, 3:30-5:30 on Saturdays (except June & July), and 3:30-5:30 on Sundays

  • Exclusive use of the whole Playhouse

  • 2 hours of play and fun

  • A Playhouse assistant to help with set-up and clean-up

  • No limit on number of guests (please provide one adult for every 4 children)*

Families provide decorations, food, and clean up and are responsible for supervising children. Please no nut products of any kind. We are a nut free facility.

*The building is reserved for a support group the second Friday of every month.

*There is a $25 surcharge for shared parties where the birthday children are not siblings.

Cost is $175 for members, $200 for nonmembers.

The Lil’ Party ($110 members/ $140 nonmembers)

  • Day & Time Options: Tuesday-Saturday from 1-2:30 pm

  • During June and July! EXTRA option of Saturdays from 3:30-5 pm

  • Exclusive access to the downstairs classroom for your party

  • Arrive up to a half hour before party start time to set up and decorate

  • a Playhouse Program assistant to help with set up and clean up

  • beginning at party time, admission to the entire Playhouse for the rest of the day for all guests!

  • Limit of 10 children, with at least one adult per 4 children

Cost is $110 for members, $140 for nonmembers.

For an additional $2 per person, all of the materials are included for one of the following crafts which make a great take-home creation for party guests.
